Helena Howell

Helena Howell is a legislative aide for Pacific Coast Capitol Advisor. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2024 with a BA in English. Before joining Pacific Coast Capitol Advisors, she interned in Sacramento as a government affairs assistant and attended the Columbia Publishing Course in Oxford.
